Vanilla Bean Frappuccino Recipe - Starbucks Coffee

What it frappuccino?

There are a few substitutes that could be made in this recipe to make it fit almost any diet.  I use coconut milk and honey to fit within The GAPS Diet.

Vanilla Bean Frappuccino Recipe

Make Vanilla Bean Frappuccino Recipe to Serves 3-4

Ingredients Makes For Vanilla Bean Frappuccino:

  • One cup milk (coconut, cow, goats, almond, etc.)
  • Half c honey, more or less to taste (Another sweetener would work or a simple syrup.  Putting straight up sugar may prevent a uniform blend and consistency.)
  • four egg yolks
  • one T vanilla extract
  • one tsp vanilla bean powder (optional – I got mine from here or you could scrape a vanilla bean.  You omit this ingredient and just rely on the vanilla extract.)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes

How to Makes For Vanilla Bean Frappuccino:

  • All ingredients put in blender and blend.  Add a handful of ice and blend until it is the consistency of frappuccino.
